Project partners OpenOpps (OO), OpenCorporates and Cerved regularly present at events and specialised workshops covering the areas of open data, public procurement, transparency, and anti-corruption. This included talks and workshops contributions for international organisations including the World Bank, national government offices, and highly relevant industry meetings such as the LIFT conference (Geneva), the API Days Berlin
APISTRAT Europe conference (Berlin), the OffshoreAlert conference, as well as the International Open Data Conference. The project will disseminate its results through talks, workshops, and other appearances at public administration, eGovernment, and IT conferences and leverage their strong ties to sector-specific media outlets such as Government Technology to publish news about the project96.
In conjunction with the University of Southampton’s Data Science Academy and reinforcing the European Data Science Academy (EDSA) curriculum, we will develop and deliver bespoke courses to introduce professionals working in anti-corruption bodies, and civil servants working in procurement-related fields to our tools and datasets. Courses will be localised in the languages of the consortium partners (English, Norwegian, Spanish, Slovenian, Italian).
